Forensic Analytical Consulting Services, Inc. (FACS) has been the preferred environmental services vendor for the property managed by Cushman & Wakefield of California, located at 525 Market Street, San Francisco, California.
Since 2001, FACS has provided a full suite of Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) services for the property and has worked closely with the general manager, building manager, security chief and chief engineer.
Services provided have included:

Full-services asbestos consulting for asbestos removal of 14-floors over a 3 year period that included detailed technical specifications, contractor bid selection assistance, full time monitoring and clearance testing and certification.

Operations and maintenance training for engineering, informational technology and construction sub-contractors to include tenant and contractor annual notifications.

Indoor environmental quality testing on an annual basis to include air and potable water.

On-call emergency response for any environmental concern.
FACS employs a pro-active approach, to help mitigate any potential environmental impacts for the property. Additionally, FACS has also provided immediate response to requests for on-call services. The Property Management team at Cushman & Wakefield has learned to rely upon us to solve any of their EH&S tenant concerns.
